250sr Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 250sr platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 250sr ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
This platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
This document applies to all 250sr platform users in Malaysia. Keep a copy of this page for your reference. Any enquiries may be directed to our support team.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 250sr platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, active phone number, and any other required details.
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, especially during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 250sr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if your password has been shared or exposed to others.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform reserves the right to suspend an account for investigation upon receiving such a report.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 250sr platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. The platform is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. If an unexpected delay occurs, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 250sr account. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits.
Any attempt to circumvent bonus rollover requirements, or to make withdrawals that do not comply with the relevant bonus terms, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. Applicable rollover requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant bonus page.
4. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All 250sr platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Any conduct categorised as fraud, cheating, or platform abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate games
- Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
- Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
- Suspending or closing accounts suspected of fraudulent activity
- Withholding withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing
- Voiding bets or transactions deemed invalid
- Requesting verification documents at any time deemed necessary
- Modifying platform features and services without prior notice
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
250sr will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the active balance in your account at the time the incident occurs.
All content on the 250sr platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
The 250sr platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Applicable Law
250sr reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest terms.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the user's acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 250sr support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal conditions. The platform reserves the right to decline an account closure request if there are pending transactions or an ongoing investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under Malaysian jurisdiction. By using the platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
